Meet a Bunny!

The same day I went on the winery tour, Daddy took Sam to his first ever photo studio picture session.  I've always done his photos here at the house in the past.  But I don't have bunnies for cute Easter photos.  BUNNIES!

In the end, Morgan said he pretty much ignored the bunny and was confused by what was going on around him.  The stink face and the crying photo are by far my favorites anyway!

Limos with Laughs

Yesterday was one of the best days ever.  I don't know that I've ever had so much fun with a group that I only knew a few people in.  Two of my close friends, Erin & Niki, have their birthdays within a week of each other.  Not to mention the like 7 other people we know born in March. What this usually means is the entire month of March is a big party.  What it meant for yesterday was a white limo, 10 ladies, Ray Ray the limo driver, munching cheeses and popping bottles on the move, and 6 hours of winery hopping.  So. Much. Fun!

Huge wine making thingies!

Drink this, taste that, drink again to note the change in flavor.  Repeat.

Fat cat from the one sketchy winery we visited.

Linganore Skipjack and her cousin laying across her lap.

By the end of the day we had gone to four wineries, stopped at one McDonald's for drunk food, and managed to load that limo trunk with bottles of wine.  This is something I want to do again!

He Still Lives Here Too

I really feel for this cat.  I mean, his life has completely changed over the past year.  He used to be the most important baby in this house.  Now he gets pushed away by us and chased by Sam.  He is still a playful and great cat, just a way too needy cat.

Like when I have to physically move him away from my body every time I want to roll over in the middle of the night.  I mean, we have this brand new king size bed.  There is enough room for the entire family plus a great dane in that bed!  No reason to have to smoosh his cat body against my armpit.  But it could be worse.  Both the cats could want to sleep with us.  Thankfully, Weena is not a cuddler.

While we are on the subject of Weena - Why do I never post pictures of her?  She is a mystic.  I try and try, but it's near impossible to get a picture of her.  Even though she is the larger of the two cats, she seems to disappear in magical ways.  Or she is completely blurry.  I'm convinced she is a mystic.

See?  That little gray wisp is her tail.  By Sam's shoulder you can see her ear.  How does a crawling baby block the entire view of a 17 pound cat?  Mystic.
